جامعة الطفل بجامعة السويس تعلن عن فتح باب القبول للدورة التاسعة للعام 2024م

برعاية أ.د. أشــــــــــرف حنيجــــــــــل رئيـــــس جامعـــــة السويـــــس، تعلن جامعة الطفل بالجامعة عن فتح باب القبول للدورة التاسعة للعام الجامعي ٢٠٢٤، وذلك وفق الجدول الزمني المعلن من أكاديمية البحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا، علمًا بأن يوم الخميس الموافق ٢٦ ديسمبر الجاري الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحًا، هو اليوم المخصص لفتح باب التقدم لجامعة السويس.

علمًا بأن باب التسجيل سيغلق تلقائيًا في كل جامعة على حدى و ذلك عند اكتمال الأعداد المطلوبة وكما يرجى العلم ان
شروط التسجيل و القبول لهذا العام هي كما يلى :
1: التسجيل فقط للطلاب الجدد الذى لم يسبق لهم التقدم لجامعة الطفل و الدراسة بها – علماً بأن كل الطلاب المقيدين و المسجلين من قبل بجامعة الطفل سوف يتم استكمال دراستهم تباعًا دون التسجيل مرة اخرى شرط الالتزام بالمواظبة و عدم التخلف عن الحضور.
2: التسجيل متاح للفئة العمرية من 9 الى10 سنوات على ألا يتعدى عمر الطفل عن 10 سنوات في الاول من اكتوبر 2024م .
3: القبول بأولوية التقدم واسبقية التسجيل ، في حالة تسجيل أي بيانات غير صحيحة او خاطئة يعتبر التسجيل لاغي.
4: التسجيل يكون إلكتروني فقط ولا يوجد أي سبيل لتسجيل الطفل الا من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني فقط وذلك في الموعد المعلن عنه اعلاه.
5: النظام الإلكتروني يسمح بتسجيل الطفل مرة واحدة فقط ، وسوف يتم ذلك من خلال التأكيد من الرقم القومي لكل طفل في حالة اعادة او تكرار التسجيل سوف يلغى تسجيل الطفل نهائياً.
6: كل جامعة يتم اكتمال الاعداد بها تختفى تلقائياً من قائمة التسجيل .
7: لا يحق لاي طالب طلب النقل من والى جامعة اخرى مهما كانت الظروف وفي حالة عدم حضوره بالجامعة المسجل بها وذهابه لجامعة اخرى سوف يتم رفض قبوله بالجامعة الاخرى و ايضًا إسقاط حقه في الجامعة المسجل بها.
8: الاطفال مسؤولية اولياء امورهم من والى مقر الدراسة بالجامعة ، و الاكاديمية و الجامعة غير مسئولين عن الاطفال قبل استلامهم باليوم الدراسي او بعد انتهاء اليوم الدراسي واستلام اولياء الامور لهم.
9: تُعلن مواعيد الدراسة طبقاً للظروف الوقتية المتاحة، في حالة تعدى اي طفل عن عدد مرات الغياب المسموح بها فهذا يُسقط حقة في منحة جامعة الطفل ولا يحق لولى امرة المطالبة باستكمال البرنامج والانتقال لجامعة اخرى.
10: برنامج جامعة الطفل موحد بكافة الجامعات بنسبة تتعدى 85% لذا يتقدم الطلاب للجامعة طبقا للتنسيق الجغرافي وذلك لعدم وجود اي اختلاف في المنهج الأساسي بين الجامعات.
11: برنامج جامعة الطفل هو تابع لأكاديمية البحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا ولا يحق لاي جهة او جامعة استخدام اسم جامعة الطفل او التسويق للبرنامج الا بموافقة كتابية من اكاديمية البحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا.
12:كافة الإعلانات الرسمية المعلنة باسم جامعة الطفل تعلن فقط من خلال الموقع الرسمي لأكاديمية البحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا وصفحة جامعة الطفل على الفيسبوك.
13: يتم التسجيل من خلال الموقع الرسمي لجامعة الطفل وذلك لأكثر من 38 جامعة على مستوى محافظات الجمهورية علماً بان التسجيل و الدراسة مجاناً و مدعومة من اكاديمية البحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا.
Children’s University at Suez University Announces Admission for the Ninth Session of 2024

Under the patronage of Prof. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, the Children’s University at the university announces the opening of admission for the ninth session for the academic year 2024, according to the timeline announced by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology. Please note that Thursday, December 26, at 11:00 AM is the designated day for the opening of applications for Suez University.

Please note that the registration portal will close automatically for each university once the required numbers are met. The registration and acceptance conditions for this year are as follows:
1. Registration is only for new students who have not previously applied to or studied at the Children’s University. All students already registered and enrolled at the Children’s University will continue their studies without re-registration, provided they adhere to attendance requirements.
2. Registration is open for the age group of 9 to 10 years, provided that the child does not exceed 10 years of age on October 1, 2024.
3. Acceptance is based on the order of application and priority of registration. If any incorrect or false information is recorded, the registration will be voided.
4. Registration is only electronic, and there is no other way to register a child except through the website during the specified period.
5. The electronic system allows a child to be registered only once, and this will be verified using each child’s national ID number. In case of duplicate registrations, the child’s registration will be cancelled permanently.
6. Each university, once its quota is completed, will automatically disappear from the registration list.
7. No student has the right to request a transfer to or from another university under any circumstances. In case of non-attendance at the registered university and going to another university, acceptance at the other university will be refused, and the student’s rights at the registered university will be forfeited.
8. Children are the responsibility of their guardians from and to the university premises. The academy and the university are not responsible for children before they are received on the study day or after the end of the study day and their receipt by their guardians.
9. Study schedules will be announced according to the available time circumstances. If any child exceeds the allowed number of absences, their scholarship at the Children’s University will be forfeited, and their guardian will not have the right to demand the completion of the program or transfer to another university.
10. The Children’s University program is unified across all universities by more than 85%, so students apply to the university according to geographic coordination, as there is no difference in the basic curriculum between universities.
11. The Children’s University program is affiliated with the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology. No entity or university has the right to use the name Children’s University or market the program without written approval from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology.
12. All official announcements in the name of Children’s University are announced only through the official website of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology and the Children’s University Facebook page.
13. Registration is carried out through the official website of Children’s University for more than 38 universities across the governorates of Egypt. Note that registration and study are free and supported by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology.
